1. Acceptance

By using SchoolTicket, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility & Student Privacy

SchoolTicket is intended for use within a school community. We collect the minimum data needed to issue and verify tickets. Student identifiers are generated locally and do not require a real school ID. Hosts only see the information required to verify attendance, in keeping with FERPA & COPPA principles.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not share, sell, or transfer tickets outside of school activities.
• Do not attempt to bypass capacity limits, room locks, or check-in controls.
• Do not enter false names or impersonate other students.
• Do not copy, clone, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the app or its content.

4. Intellectual Property & Unauthorized Use

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and branding within SchoolTicket are owned by SchoolTicket and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the app or its content without express written permission. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Hosts & Admins

Hosts and admins must keep their accounts secure, only check in attendees they can verify, and use exported data solely for school event management.

6. Availability

SchoolTicket is provided "as is" for the duration of school events. We may pause or close rooms at any time for safety or capacity reasons.
